How can I place an order with Bio-Sciences Limited? |

Orders can be placed by telephone, fax, e-mail or post. Alternatively you can now order online once you have registered with us for an online account. |

Do you charge for delivery? |

No, in general we do not make an additional charge for delivery of your order. Where a specific request is made for an urgent DHL / TNT shipment from one of our suppliers, this freight charge will be passed on at cost. |

Do you have a minimum order quantity or minimum order value? |
| A. |
No, we do not implement a minimum order quantity or minimum order value, as we realise it is important to our customers to have the facility to place an order as required, rather than on the basis of order size or value. |

What is the cut-off time each week for ordering Invitrogen products? |
| A. |
To avoid unnecessary delays, we endeavour to hold a minimum stock level on a wide range of frequently requested Invitrogen product lines. It is impossible however to stock upwards of 10,000 products.
For non-stock items, all orders placed with us by 4:00pm each Tuesday will be dispatched to you the following Monday (subject to availability from Invitrogen). |

How soon should I expect delivery of goods from the time of placing an order? |

Dublin Deliveries: Goods which are ex-stock will be delivered the following day, or same day if ordered before 10:00am.
Country Deliveries: Goods which are ex-stock, and ordered before 12:00 noon, will be delivered the following day. |

Can I return a product which has been ordered incorrectly? |
| A. |
Yes, provided the goods are returned undamaged, and in their original packaging, we will be happy to raise a credit note on the return of the goods.
Should you wish to return an item, please contact our Sales Administrator who will be happy to arrange a goods collection for you. |

Can I retrieve a Certificate of Analysis online? |
| A. |
A Certificate of Analysis for the Invitrogen product range can be retrieved online by selecting Certificate of Analysis on our home page. This link will bring you directly to the Invitrogen website, where you will be asked to input the product catalogue number and batch number to enable the retrieval of the correct Certificate of Analysis.
For all other suppliers, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the necessary information. |
